Picked up this nishiki altron 7000 the other day. I mainly bought it for the Shimano 6400 tri color that was on it, and was going to sell the frame. However after closer inspection the frame is cracked. My fault should’ve inspected when purchased. Regardless, I paid 180$ cad for it. I feel like it was worth it for the parts. Came with a nitto stem and bars, as well as araya aluminum rims with tires, on top of the group. I have an uncle that could possibly weld it for me, but probably not worth the hassle? Could do it free for me. Interested in opinions on what I should do with it. Just bite the bullet and recycle it?
