Head out for a misty day in the woods with Bellingham local legend, Logan Wetzel.
While Logan is no stranger to the top step of the podium, he is one of the most humble riders we know. You can find him putting down miles through the PNW backwoods in his VW van or on his trusty TransAM. Click the thumbnail above to hear what makes him appreciate both of his vehicles of choice and watch him tackle endless roots and loam as he searches for those small moments of perfection.

Lovely! And nice song to accompany it…

This bike needed to come back sooner. I now have two hardtail bikes and can not justify buying one. I use to want one of these way back when they first came out.
so dope!
Fantastic bike and van! I want bothπ
I want Bike and the Van !!!! Great move to bring this bike back !!!
My back hurts watching this
still enjoy the trail with my 26" orange TransAm…welcome back TransAm
Awesome video, Logan!
Does anyone know what trail that was?
I get sore knees just watching hard tails!
So glad you guys brought the Trans Am back. β€ that old Syncro!
A worthy stablemate for my 23 Super Smuggler.
27,5 would be nice.
I've always wanted one… and now better than ever with wheel size options
That Westfalia putting in work.
Why are those VW Syncros so expensive?
I have a twin who is an old soul. This would be perfect for him.
Weird name. Is it named after the Pontiac?
Some absolutely SICK camera work, that opening pull out riding shot is magic.
Love the new trans am!
Ooof, bad souvenirs…
I really didn't like driving those unreliable water cooled vans in the past when they were worth peanuts. With the added stress of it costing waaaay more than it should there's no point anymore unless you're after hipster credits π
nice video π

So stoked for this. Really looking forward to seeing some ride reviews soon, especially from Steve @ Hardtail Party. Hoping itβs a little compliant!
Shout out to Nate Tugman and friends for being the builders of that world class single track. steel is real TransAm looks dope. Donβt Doom the Spot.
Big deal. A pro rider can make any bike look good; even a Kmart bike. Definitely one for the Transition fan bois.
Hellllll yes. Only ride hartails and LOVE it. It is the only way to go if you want to be 100% connected. π€πͺπͺπͺ
Great video, proper bike, and goodonya for treating the syncro correctly.
Hope more companies will be returning or getting into steel hardtails
Just got delivery on this bicycle a week ago, partially due to watching this video. The appeal of steel is real. I hope Transition survives the current industry problems. They make nice bikes, and I appreciate their roots as a company.
That is some serious riding, for years I have always wanted to ride a steel hardtail, and would certainly love to ride one soon.
