Hi all this is my Marin bobcat trail 3 2023 size M (29er) and all the promblems i have encountered the oem tires are crap so replaced them immediately but in the rear it looks like it won’t be able to fit stock is 2.25 but upgraded to 2.5 Maxxis Minion Dhf
Upgraded the drivetrain as the chain kept on coming off and shifting was bad upgraded to advent x oe steel groupset 11-48t yes the derailleur works on standard hangers, it also has shimano deore mt5001 175mm/30t cranks with a BB-MT501 as for the chain I was unsure of how many links so I chose the kmc x10.93 black and silver
Dropper post: the dropper post was the hardest part for me I was struggling to find a good one for the buck, I went with pnw rainer ir dropper post 30.9mm 170mm-200mm travel adjust the post sticks out a bit it has a tranz x dropper post lever kit and yes the dropper does come with a barrel nut and the lever kit
I wanted to make the blue stand out so I chose some entity pp20 pedals on Black Friday they work better than oem they have replaceable pins, brendog dmr death grip with pink and blue grips, a rockshox blue mudguard
