For the second day… i would say things are going really well!
The most I enjoy how you travel in a very similar way (camping) on a very similar place (Italy) as me and you make the same observations, such as putting up/down a tent taking too long. That is why I only put up my tent when I expect rain. Otherwise I sleep under the stars 😉
Those trikes were fairly popular after WW II in West Germany.
They were built by Messerschmidt and probably were a reinterpretation of fighter aircraft (ME 109) cockpit designs.
I dont mind that you skip Corsica, as I've seen a movie that featured it. It was called Cheech and Chong's The Corsican Brothers.

That three wheelie is a classic Messerschmidt KR 200 from Germany. KR for Kabinenroller … like cabin scooter. About 190 cc / 10 hp / app 60 mph.

love it all except the cotton wood stuff. Loved the scenery, I liked the meal too. Fantastic weather to ride. Take care , ride safed from Canada. Check your helmet it looked like it was slipping down but it might have just been the camera angle.

What a great trip! Being able to just slowly cruise with the walkers and move along with some reasonable speed is the beauty of trikes. Those cafes are amazing and $25/USD for a tent spot is pretty great!. I never let language stand in the was of a good conversation. It’s a bummer that I’m probably too old to do a tour like you’re doing, so thanks for dragging me along. 😉
