I’ve had the new AXS transmission for 2 months. Since it was new, I’ve noticed that it’ll shift up the cassette (12->10) during jumps like the video, shralping corners, or anytime the bike lands a little sideways.
I cannot find any information on this problem at all and my bike shop isn’t sure either. We have reinstalled it twice, tried different batteries, tried micro adjustments… it seems to be even more frequent.
I know I’m not crazy and it’s hard to duplicate in front of a tech. Has anyone experienced this? How do I rectify this problem, it’s very annoying… thank you!
