      Hi Dr. Auger, i rarely can catch you live so i watch the replay and i noticed one weird thing, if i go to the Videos tab, i see the video with only the thumbnail, and if i play it, i can only hear you without seeing what you are sharing, like Ep 514, 515, 516. If i go to the Live tab, for the same video, i can hear and see the video and what you share on your screen normally.

      I am apologizing for the last two days being this late. While yes there was an issue with the Ciso Series website not being available I also had 3 critical issues come up in my personal life in addition to my regular hectic schedule and unfortunately I am not able to control what other people do–so I've had to be patient and give them precious time.
