Grabbed an older kid’s Schwinn Frontier mountain bike from a neighbor’s garbage. Plan is to totally disassemble and reassemble in order to learn about bike repair, something I’ve been mostly ignorant of to this point.
Thus far the project’s been going good but I’m stuck with the bottom bracket. It’s mostly seized up and from what I’ve watched it sounds like I need to either replace or take apart and clean out.
My question is what tool do I need at this point. I was looking at Park tool website and the face of the piece doesn’t seem to match any of the pictures they have. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
