A prison nursing assistant and 15 others who played a part in the largest ever drug and weapon prison smuggling conspiracy in the UK have been sentenced.
The four year-long investigation found that members of the group conspired to smuggle over £1million worth of illicit items, including drugs, knives, mobile phones and cash, into the grounds of HMP Lindholme in Doncaster.
This footage released upon sentencing shows the cell of 31-year-old Jordan Needham being searched, and a mobile phone is found by prison officers. Needham previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, conspiracy to supply Class B drugs, conspiracy to convey List A articles into prison (drugs), and conspiracy to convey List B articles into prison (phones).
