6 of us pedalled north from Strasbourg to Cologne along the banks of the mighty River Rhine. We went through the Rhine Gorge following the route of Eurovelo 15. Summer 2019. Cool cycle paths for 95% of the time!

  1. Firstly what a great way to spend 15 minutes!!!The scenery was spectacular.Have done some of that journey by train.I want to cycle it now.Out of curiosity what age group were you?If I am correct inmy thought you are very inspiring. Am now going to watch the Dordrecht video.

  2. Stumbled onto your videos. Well done guys great trips. I do similar but on race bikes with 0 gear just a wallet and toothbrush lol. Hope you continue enjoying your trips

  3. You have answered my number 1 priority quest….which is, what is the surface like? It appears mostly Asphalt or tarmac with some crushed cinder/gravel. Is that correct? Its just that I'm planning on doing the whole Eurovelo 15 RhineRadWeg on a road bike so I'm a bit concerned about tyre width. Nicely narrated video. Thanks you. Andrew

  4. Hi, I enjoyed your film. At the hotels each night what did you do with your bikes? Did the hotels have safe spots for them or did you have to lock them up outside? I am planning to do a week of riding with my wife and 3 kids this summer.

  5. Hi I enjoyed a lot your video with nice tips. I am planning to do this route next september. How long did you take? Any general recommendation where to rent a bike? I am flying from Brazil and I guess will easier to rent a bike. Many thanks. Sergio

  6. Hello, my name is Roland Leppek and like you, I produce videos on cycling that I post on YouTube. Most are vlogs of our bike tours in the US and Europe, but now I’m putting together a video listing many of the longer bike trails in Europe. I love your video of the Rhine Cycle Route and would love to include some short clips/B-roll. May I have your permission to do so? I would be happy to list your contribution in the credits and a link to your video in the description.

    Thank you in advance,
