Are you sure of the information you mention in your video? I asked a Belarusian woman I know. She said average salary is around 250$/month. Not 500 to 600 as you said. I also know a Belarusian police officer, high rank. She told me, she gets 700$/month, and this is considered a high salary. Your numbers are not accurate.
