At 8:50 it says "Pied Boeuf" its a brand of light beer (mostly used in stews).
It is a enamelled plate of a beer brand "Piedboeuf". Good find!

The bayonet from 04:07 could be a KAR98 sidearm, if it has a little round "button" in the bottom. Good to see you guys getting nice finds again.
Please be careful, specially with any sort of explosives. The later one you found could fire metal splinters in a couple hundred meter radius, depending of course on the environment around it and so on. Glad it was disabled already. Stay safe and keep on fishing. 😀

THE EDBOEUF SIGN => Its from Piedboeuf ( Beers ), I guess its around WW2 looking at the one's found online. ( search "Piedboeuf plaque", 1940-1950 model looks very simular) But, sadly it's incomplete and missing another logo and the letter Pi

Leigh, are you more Cautious and worried about safety now that you have a baby on the way? Qh my first son when I had him I just became very aware that there was dangerous and a couldn't gamble with injuries or anything like that. Because my child was depending on me.just wondering.
