Quick vid explaining the development of the Mundhugger EVO bolt-on front mudguard.
With the wider forks we found the 2 small M3 bolts that FOX utilise to fit the bolt-on mudguards didn’t give enough support for our World Cup DH racers.
After much head scratching and scribbles on the back of fag packets we decided to stick with this simple, cheap and robust addition to the moulding.
Utilising reusable velcro straps on the fork legs gives the LONG and Shorty Mudhugger EVO bolt-on the extra security the riders wanted. No more tyre slap even through the roughest of tracks, biggest of drops and longest of jumps.
